Preparing a Call for 5G Projects

The Government of Luxembourg wanted to set up a ‘Call for Projects’ (CfP) running on 5G networks in order to stimulate interest around the new mobile technology family and drive 5G investments.

inCITES was appointed to prepare the document for the call alongside another consultancy.

inCITES worked together with experts from the Ministry of Media and Communications and lawyers to identify the best possible funding scheme that would allow the State to spark interest in the new technology and also comply with the underlying laws and regulation set by the EU.

The report was then submitted to the Ministry which made it public for interested parties to present their potential candidates for 5G projects across the country.
