Upon the acceptance of the project proposal, our expertise lies in the assessment of the business perspectives of the proposed solution. In the initial phase of the project, we perform a market analysis in order to identify the potential market for the proposed solution as well as the competitive solutions in the market. Advanced methodologies are also used to prioritize the factors that will affect its market adoption and evolution and assess its socioeconomic impact. We employ business model canvas and other tools in order to define the value proposition of the solution while identifying the involved players, their relationships and revenue streams between them.
inCITES can also support the consortium to explore and compare the viability, sustainability and scalability of a large number of different exploitation schemes (e.g. direct exploitation by the partners, creation of new ventures) by creating detailed business plans.
inCITES has also undertaken the dissemination activities of various projects’ results with a range of activities, such as setting up websites, creating videos, designing leaflets and presenting to conferences and industry events.
