Pricing and benchmarking Wholesale services

A major European IT solutions and services provider was looking to build a wholesale rate card of their provided services that would 1) meet their internal financial targets and 2) be competitive in the marketplace.
inCITES helped the company to develop their wholesale rate card by developing a pricing model that included data from the client’s previous wholesale transactions, pricing data from other analogous markets and data from similar services offered by their international competitors.
inCITES’ recommendations were adopted in full by the company’s board while creating the rate card.
