5GCity

5GCity is a Research and Innovation project as part of the Horizon 2020 programme that will design, develop, deploy and demonstrate, in operational conditions, a distributed cloud and radio platform for municipalities and infrastructure owners acting as 5G neutral hosts.

5GCity will directly impact a large and varied range of actors: 

1. telecom providers
2. municipalities
3. a number of different vertical sectors utilizing the city infrastructure 

5GCity consortium has a budget of ~8 mil€ and it involves 18 partners from 7 countries.
